Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Rones platform (website and app), operated by Nsystem GmbH. By registering you accept them.

2. Service

Rones lets you publish and find listings for homes and vehicles to rent or buy in Switzerland and contact other users. Rones is not a party to contracts between users and does not process payments.

3. Account

You must be at least 18 years old. Your details must be true. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity through your account. You can delete your account at any time in “My Rones”.

4. Listings

• Listings must be true, complete, current and concern an object that is actually available. Prices are stated in CHF.
• Only use photos and texts you hold the rights to. Photos must not show identifiable people without their consent.
• Prohibited in particular: fraud attempts (e.g. advance payment before a viewing), discriminatory content, advertising for other services, duplicate listings and content that violates Swiss law.
• You grant Rones the non-exclusive right to display, store and technically process your listings in order to operate the platform.

5. Review and moderation

New listings and changes are reviewed before publication. Rones may reject or remove listings or suspend accounts if these terms are breached or there is reasonable suspicion; you are informed with a reason. There is no right to publication. Users can report listings.

6. Messages between users

Messages are exchanged through the Rones inbox; email addresses are not shared. Use messages and other users' contact details only for the listing concerned; advertising, spam and harassment are prohibited. You can block and report conversations; our team reviews reported conversations. Advertisers can turn on an automatic assistant whose messages are labelled. Cancel booked viewings you cannot attend. The optional translation help creates drafts you review; you are responsible for what you send.

7. Business accounts and Top listings

Real-estate agencies and car dealers can apply for a business account. Rones checks the company name, UID and address and may refuse or withdraw verification if details are wrong or these terms are breached. Verified companies appear with name, logo and company page. Top listings are shown first in the default order and on the home page and are labelled “Top”; their terms and prices are agreed separately.

8. Liability

Rones checks listings for obvious violations but cannot guarantee their accuracy. Do not pay before viewing and signing a contract. To the extent permitted by law, Rones' liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Availability of the platform is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

How your personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

Rones may amend these terms. Material changes are announced in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is ⚠ [nicht konfiguriert], subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
