How we calculate
We compare your details with flats or houses listed on Rones in your area, now or in the last 13 months.
Similar size, number of rooms, distance and recent listings count more. This gives a price per m² that we apply to your area.
We only show an estimate from five comparables upwards, rounded, so no single listing can be worked back.
These are asking prices, not prices actually paid. We don't know the condition, the spot within the neighbourhood, the view or the fittings. The estimate does not replace a valuation by a professional; for a mortgage, banks make their own valuation.
